Biography
Dr. Barnes achieved his Ph.D. at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden in Integrative Physiology with a focus in cellular biochemistry. Prior to joining Arteriocyte, Dr. Barnes served as an active duty Army Captain as biochemist/physiologist investigating human performance and tissue repair mechanisms. Dr. Barnes serves an active role in the management and direction of the Clinical, Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Arteriocyte. Specifically, he is responsible for the clinical execution of Arteriocyte's internally and externally funded clinical trials and serves as the clinical advisor to the Arteriocyte sales force and customers.
