Adam B. Weinstein

Biography

Adam Weinstein is a Managing Director of New Mountain Capital, LLC, a New York based private equity, public equity and debt manager with over $15.0 billion in assets under management; he joined that organization in 2005. At New Mountain, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the overall platform working on firm management and operations, strategy, portfolio company oversight, investor relations as well as oversight of the finance, fund operations, investor reporting and tax functions. He also serves as an Executive Vice President and is on the Board of Directors of New Mountain Finance Corporation, a publicly traded business development company which houses New Mountain’s debt platform. He previously worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in that firm’s merger and acquisition and private equity investor services areas, with clients that included large and small blue chip private equity and venture capital firms. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Binghamton University. He is on the Management Committee and is the Chief Financial Officer of the New York Hedge Fund Roundtable, sits on the board of the Great Oaks Foundation a lead not for profit charter school organization, sits on the boards of various other not for profit organizations and heads the grant board for a private foundation he founded.
