Biography
Mr. Joseph joined Brooks Automation in March 2011 and is responsible for the Company's legal affairs, including corporate governance, intellectual property, securities, commercial contracts, litigation, compliance and regulatory activities. He also serves as Secretary of the Corporation and to the Board of Directors Prior to joining Brooks, Mr. Joseph served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Unica Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise marketing management software and services, which was acquired by IBM in October 2010, and as General Counsel and Secretary of MapInfo Corporation, a global provider of location intelligence solutions, which was acquired by Pitney Bowes in April 2007. Mr. Joseph also practiced law at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (formerly Hale and Dorr LLP) in Boston, MA. Mr. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago.
