Biography
Completed doctoral course in 2004 in the Department of Urban Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. Afterwards, he joined the University of Tokyo International Urban Revival Research Center researcher and a research fellow at the University of Tokyo graduate school of innovative sciences, he has been in-service since December 2008. Professional control of the form of buildings by development control, land use regulation, design guidelines etc. through systems such as ordinance. The main research topics are the effectiveness of the town development ordinance and the landscape regulations, the plan formulation of the district level such as the town development council, development consultation, the town development, the landscape guidance etc in general. In recent years, we are also working on research on utilization of low unused land, urban farmland, community autonomy etc. In Manazuru Town, Hadano City, Shimoda City, Edogawa Ward, Sodegaura City, Matsudo City, Sakura City, Tokorozawa City etc etc, various regulations such as town planning ordinance, landscape regulation, urban planning master plan, green basic plan and formulation of administrative plan · It is involved in enactment. As an academic activity, he has been responsible for the scientific committee of the Japan Society for Urban Planning, the director of the Kanto Urban Society, etc.
