Biography
Rogier Bronsgeest was appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer and is responsible for managing Colt’s Customer Service and Experience across the company. Rogier has held senior leadership roles in Telecoms and IT services companies, where he has managed and transformed global service and operational organisations as well as global P&L’s. Previous Roles include President Global Customer Service at Britsh Telecom Global Services where he created a single global service organisation and transformed the customer experience and cost base. Prior to BT Global Services Rogier held international positions at KPN, Getronics, IBM, Rational Software, Baan Software and Unisys.
