Biography
Steven Schiffman was appointed as Member of the Audit Committee on 1 October 2015. Steven is Treasurer of FMR LLC, the parent company of Fidelity Investments. Steven has 25 years of finance, treasury and mergers & acquisitions experience, predominantly in large multinational corporations. Prior to joining Fidelity in April 2009, he was Senior Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasury for Revlon, Inc. He also served as CFO of G-Log, Inc. and RSL Communications, LTD.
