Luke Doiron

Biography

Luke is the co-founder of Conversant Bio. Luke leads the global sales and marketing efforts at the Company and is active in business development. Prior to Conversant Bio, Luke was the Managing Partner of Blue Ridge Advisors, a healthcare consulting firm focused on capital raising and restructuring. Luke spent the first 5 years of his career with Wachovia Securities serving as Vice President of Wachovia's Strategic Advisory group and holding prior positions in the Healthcare Investment Banking group and Asset Securitization division. Luke's transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and follow-on offerings, private equity financing, high grade debt financing, asset securitization, and conduit financing. He also has extensive experience in new product development, strategic partnerships, predictable revenue, and marketing
