Cindee Van Vleck

Biography

Cindee leads the Global Human Resources organization at CUTERA and joined the company in March of 2017. Cindee has over 25 years of experience practicing Human Resources and has spent the last 15 years working as a Human Resources Executive partnering with Senior Management to develop and implement Human Resources solutions. Prior to joining CUTERA, Cindee worked as the Vice President of Global Human Resources for DFINE, Inc. (acquired by Merit Medical), the Vice President of Global Human Resources for OCZ Storage Solutions, Inc. (acquired by Toshiba), and as the Senior Director of Human Resources at VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Covidien). Cindee has her BS in Business Administration – Human Resources Management from Excelsior College, completed specialized training at Heald Business College, received her certification in HR Management from the Employers Group, and has completed many other expert training courses focused on management, communication styles, executive compensation, and performance management.
