Biography
Rajesh leads the finance, legal, and IT teams at CUTERA and joined the company following its 2004 IPO. Rajesh is a financial expert with extensive experience in accounting, finance, auditing, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and managing companies from start-up mode to large public entities. He started his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers in England and then California. After his audit experience, Rajesh worked for Siemens-Rolm, Creative Labs, 3Com-Palm Corporation, Spoton and Coresma. Prior to joining CUTERA, Rajesh was the Corporate Controller and Director of Purchasing at Teradiant Networks. Rajesh obtained his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zimbabwe, and is a registered Charter Accountant in England and Wales and a Certified Public Accountant in California.
