Biography
Ron is the EVP and Chief Financial Officer. From August 2016 to January 2017, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer until the Board's appointment of a permanent CEO. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2001. From April 2001 to August 2001, Mr. Santilli served as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Accounting at Lumenis, a manufacturer of medical lasers. From May 1993 to March 2001, Mr. Santilli held several management positions at Coherent, including Sales Operations Manager, Controller of the Medical Group and, most recently, Director of Finance and Administration. Ron holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Golden Gate University.
