Biography
Mr. Pham Xuan Toan has been Deputy General Director of Drilling Mud Corporation since September 2007. Prior to that, he worked for Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam). He graduated from Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Vietnam, in 1984.
