Biography
Itoh Takashi is currently working in Gifu University,Japan. His research work is on silicon based thin film solar cells, local photovoltaic performance would be different, because microcrystalline materials used as photoabsorption and doped layer materials have hetero-structure. The distribution of local photovoltaic performance would decrease the macroscopic photovoltaic performance. The conversion efficiency of silicon thin film based solar cells is affected by the defect density in photoabsorption layer materials. In order to increase the efficiency, therefore, following topics are investigated at present. ・Study for defect evaluation of photoabsorption layer material in solar cells
