Elizabeth C. Brown

Biography

 Liz Brown joinBrown_Elizabeth 11-2015 5-cropped.jpged Grace in 2015 to lead Human Resources and to serve as a member of the senior leadership team and an officer of the company.  She directs the strategic design, development, and continuous improvement of the global organization with its 3,700 employees and operations in 30 countries.   Liz came to Grace from Tyco, a 57,000-employee fire protection and security company with operations in approximately 50 countries.  Beginning in 2010, she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Tyco. As Vice President, Human Resources, she provided HR leadership for several business unit​​​​​s and global functions. She also led the Talent Center of Excellence, spanning talent management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Prior to Tyco, Liz held Human Resources leadership roles with global chemical company LyondellBasell Industries

Research Interest

 Liz earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California at Los Angeles and is accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
