He serves as a Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company. He was Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with Electro-Motive Diesel, Inc. from July 2005 through August 2011 and held corporate officer positions with Silgan Closures (USA) and various predecessor organizations from 1998 to 2004.
