Dr. Jiabin Liu is a board-certified anesthesiologist at Hospital for Special Surgery, who specializes in regional anesthesia and acute pain management. Previously, he served as anesthesia director at Penn Medicine University City Surgical Center before joining HSS. He completed his residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and a regional anesthesia fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Liu is a physician scientist.
