Biography
Chohnan Shirgeru is professor in the Department of Agriculture in Ibaraki University, Japan.He started his carrier by Yamasa soy Sauce Co.Ltd.(RND Headquater) in 1991. He completed his graduation from ibaraki univesity in Division of Agricultural sciences in 1989 and completed his masters in Agricultural Chemistry in 1991 form ibraki university itslef. His research area are mainly in Applied Microbiology and Biochemistry.
