Biography
I joined IBM Research - Tokyo in 1999 as a researcher. I graduated from Waseda University and received a Master's in Applied Physics from Waseda University in 1999. My research interests lie in the area of Social Analytics, which allow us to analyze users' interests and trends via users created contents and behaviors. I lead a FOAK (First of A Kind) project with CyberAgent, one of the largest blog provider company in Japan, and build new technologies with the customer. We proposed Resilient Business and Service topic for IBM GTO(Global Technology Outlook)2012, and I was a member of Resilient Engineering Group in Research - Tokyo in 2012, an execution team of the topic. Currently I am working in Knowledge Infrastructure Group in IBM Research - Tokyo, Cognitive Computing and doing research on analytics Social, Opened and Linked data for resilient society, combining text and network analytics approach.
