Biography
Eiji Nakamura received his B.S., and M.S. degrees in Applied Chemistry from The University of Tokyo in 2013, and 2015 respectively. His research topics were low-temperature fabrication process of InGaN based LED, and application of metal nanocluster to photovoltaic devices. In 2015, he joined IBM research, and now he is a researcher of neuromorphic interconnection group.
