Michael J. Fare Chief Operating Officer Mr. Fare has more than 30 years of experience in drug discovery research and business development strategies. He brings vast knowledge in managerial responsibility for finance/accounting, information technology and drug discovery research. His areas of expertise also include long-range global strategic planning and marketing/regulatory, and he was a founding member of a diversified biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Fare holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s University and Master of Science degree from Drexel University.
