Biography
Christian H Grün has received an MSc in Chemistry and a PhD in Bio-organic Chemistry from Utrecht University, Netherlands. Before joining Unilever R&D in 2006, he has worked as a Post-doctorate Researcher in the area of Immunology at the Free University Medical Center in Amsterdam studying Host-Pathogen Interactions. After joining Unilever R&D, he has built a profound understanding in identifying and quantifying phytochemicals in complex (food) matrices as well as studying the metabolism and kinetics of nutrients in the human body Christian H Grün has received an MSc in Chemistry and a PhD in Bio-organic Chemistry from Utrecht University, Netherlands.
