Biography
Mr. Shinji FUJINO entered the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industries (METI), the Government of Japan in 1987. He has over ten years of experience in energy policy in METI. He worked in the International Energy Agency (IEA, Paris) from September 2008 to June 2012. As Head of Country Studies Division, he reviewed energy policies of the IEA member countries.
