Biography
Sachiko Iizuka has completed her PhD from Kyoto Prefectural University in Japan. She has worked at Kizakura Co., Ltd., and then moved to National Research Institute of Brewing, Japan in 2015. She is a Researcher of Quality and Evaluation Research Division at NRIB and Collaborative Researcher of Laboratory of Genetic Engineering, Graduate School of Life Sciences, Kyoto Prefectural University Sachiko Iizuka has completed her PhD from Kyoto Prefectural University in Japan.
