Biography

Rafael Romero leads our daily operations in Europe. He has over 15 years of experience in the CRO industry, with his main areas of expertise being Innovation, IT Strategy, Project Management, Process Engineering and Electronic Data Capture (EDC). When at MDS Pharma Services, Mr. Romero was developing internal solutions for the management of the organization, an experience that allowed him to gain substantial knowledge about the business. He then managed the IT department in Spain and in 2009 additionally became the Director of the Clinical Data Management department. Following a successful performance improvement program in the CDM Department, his responsibilities were extended to cover all back-end departments in 2012. Since November 2015, he has been leading our Operations in Europe.
