Biography
Hiroki studied for his Ph.D at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences at the University of Tokyo. His research was focused on the mechanisms that regulate the maintenance of undifferentiated state of neural stem cells. During his studies, Hiroki took part at the iGEM hosted at MIT, and was awarded the bronze prize for his outstanding achievements. He was a part of the JSPS Research Fellowships for Young Scientists (DC1) and served as a research fellow at the University of Tokyo to lead a study on neural stem cell research.
