Biography
A surgeon by background, Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare. He is the head of our Medical Products Practice in EMEA and a core leader in our global Pharmaceuticals Practice. Since joining in 2004, Chris has partnered with executives and leaders across the healthcare sector—working with health systems, payors, providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and private equity. His work focuses on strategic performance improvement, including defining and implementing novel commercial approaches, refining the operating model, controlling costs, improving product development and finding new sources of growth.
