Biography
Claudio Feser is a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company in Zurich, Switzerland. He leads McKinsey Academy, a practice offering leadership development programs for firms and their executives. He is also a member of the Shareholders’ Council, McKinsey’s Board of Directors. In 1999, Claudio founded McKinsey’s Athens office, which he ran for six years. On returning to Zurich in late 2004, he led our Swiss office, comprising branches in Zurich, Geneva, and Casablanca, for a six-year term. Claudio serves clients mainly in the areas of healthcare and finance (insurance, banking).
