Martin Dewhurst

Biography

Martin is a senior partner in McKinsey’s London office and is the co-convenor for the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice globally. He advises clients across Europe, Asia and the US, primarily in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and consumer goods sectors. His recent client projects include helping a global consumer company to identify and execute its strategy for the emerging middle classes and supporting a 12-month CEO-led process to explore the implications of globalization for a leading healthcare organization. Martin has advised many companies on identifying the organizational implications of expanding their geographic footprint, supported leading corporations in restructuring for cost efficiency and effectiveness, and led McKinsey’s support for 10 major post-merger integrations involving fundamental organization redesign, most of them global in nature.
