Biography
Minyoung is a co-leader of McKinsey's Asia Healthcare Practice. Since joining McKinsey in 2003, he has worked extensively on healthcare projects both in Japan and Korea as well as in the US. Minyoung has deep insight in product strategy building, including physician and patient IDI's, product messaging and positioning. He advises pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, both multinational and local, in R&D and innovation, clinical development, and product launches. He helps build regulatory and local market access strategies focused on pricing, regulatory scenario building, and stakeholder management planning. In the provider sector, Minyoung has extensive knowledge and expertise in service-line and growth strategy. He has also conducted demand and feasibility assessments for new hospitals.
