Steve Van Kuiken

Biography

Steven Van Kuiken is a senior partner with McKinsey’s New Jersey office and is the North American leader of Digital McKinsey. He focuses on strategy development, organization, operations, and technology and has led numerous digital transformations for large organizations across sectors. As the leader of Digital McKinsey in North America, Steve is responsible for the group of partners and consultants who focus their client activities on digital strategy and execution, and on leading digital transformations. Prior to this role, Steve founded and led the firm’s digital work in healthcare. Steve is a frequent contributor to leading publications and conferences.
