Biography
Vivian is the Managing Partner for McKinsey & Company’s United Kingdom and Ireland offices and is a Senior Partner of the firm. Vivian previously led the firm’s Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products Practice in EMEA and continues to advise leading companies on a broad range of strategy topics, with a particular focus on performance transformation and organizational development. She also provides strategic advice to leading British firms in the private, public, and third sectors. She serves on the firm’s global Board of Directors its Values Committee and several Personnel Committees.
