Biography
Mr. Rainer Laufs has been Member of the Supervisory Board at MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft since October 23, 2014. He is Member of the General and Personnel Committee at the Company. He is a Businessman and gained most of his professional experience in the Shell group. He spent 30 years working for the group in Germany and abroad. His last position was Chairman of the Management Board of Deutsche Shell AG. Mr. Laufs has been working as a freelance consultant since 2005 and sits on the Supervisory Boards of Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and Asklepios Kliniken GmbH.
