Biography
Skip’s twenty-five years of experience in radiation oncology and proton therapy date back to the Harvard Cyclotron Laboratory, where he optimized treatment planning and patient positioning for particle therapy. At Mevion, he leads our team in designing a practical clinical workflow, and is responsible for creating and overseeing Mevion’s customer education and training curriculum. Skip was previously a senior medical physicist at The Northeast Proton Therapy Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. He also held an assistant professorship at Harvard Medical School. Skip is board certified in therapeutic radiologic physics and holds a Ph.D. in physics from Brandeis University.
