Yasuhiro TANOUE is working as professor in National Fisheries Mangement in department of Food Function and Food Biochemistry in Japan.
Research Interest
Determination of chemical structures in animal and plant pigments and their utility are investigated. In addition, extraction and separation of useful components in marine products are studied.
