Biography
Abhishek Dubey working as Adjunct Professor at OIST Abhishek (born in Gorakhpur, India) received his PhD degree from National Chemical Laboratory (NCL) under the supervision of Dr. Pradeep Kumar. Subsequently, he moved to Ulsan University to work under the guidance of Prof. Ki-Whan Chi and Prof. Peter J. Stang as a postdoctoral fellow, focusing on coordination-driven self-assembly of arene ruthenium complexes and their biomedical application. In 2013, he joined Prof. Sawamura group as a postdoctoral fellow to work on a project directed towards the development of threefold cross-linked polystyrene–trialkylphosphane hybrids and their catalytic application. He joined the Khusnutdinova group in September 2015 as a post-doc and is now currently working on the CO2 reduction and hydrogenation catalyzed by complexes containing earth-abundant and non-toxic transition metals. In his spare time he enjoys meeting friends and explores new places.
