Biography
Charles Wagner, chief financial officer at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, has a consistent record of creating value by improving the operational and financial health of complex global organizations across multiple industries. Wagner joined Millipore in 2002 and from 2003 to 2007 served as vice president, strategy and corporate development. From 1997 to 2002, he worked as a consultant in the corporate strategy and private equity practices at Bain & Company. Wagner started his career at Coopers & Lybrand from 1990 to 1995, where he earned his CPA. Since April 2014, Wagner has served as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Good Start Genetics Inc.
