Research Interest
My major research interest is irrigation, desertification and afforestation. Concerning the field research, I have clarified the soil moisture environment in some arid and humid region. Furthermore, I try to develop the new subsurface irrigation system. It is different from drip irrigation system. This new irrigation system is characterized in continuous water supply, low cost, energy and water saving, zero emission performance to soil environment. This irrigation system may be presented as one solution to conservation of global water resource and environment.
