Biography

 As Vice President of Government Affairs, Advocacy and Digital Medicines Business Development at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. (OAPI), I oversee the strategic development and execution of Otsuka’s government affairs federal and state advocacy and policy work in support of our short and longer term business goals. Additionally, I am leading Otsuka’s external business development efforts in support of our emerging Digital Medicines platform and serve as Board Chair for the Otsuka Political Action Committee. Before joining Otsuka, I worked as Vice President, U.S. Managed Markets supporting access for a diversified portfolio of small and large molecule company assets. My career journey at BMS started as an original member of the ABILIFY® (aripiprazole) Marketing team as Senior Director, Payer Marketing. Prior to joining BMS, I worked for GlaxoSmithKline as Vice President, Long Term Care Channel Accounts, and Director of National Accounts, Institutional Sales. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, I served as Vice President, Clinical and Professional Services, at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and as Assistant Administrator for Clinical Services at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC
