I am passionate about leading people and organizations through change. I enjoy challenge, and working with people. My career has blessed me with the opportunity to work with many different people, with different backgrounds and thinking, across a number of countries and cultures. I see my largest accomplishments as the people I have helped to develop, and the working environments, that I have helped to simplify, which have resulted in new, innovative medicines reaching patients in need, throughout the world, faster.
