Biography
Mr. Frenzel has served as a member of SanBio Inc.'s Board since 2007. Mr. Frenzel is a life sciences entrepreneur and angel investor. He serves on the boards of directors and the management advisory boards of several private companies. His management experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO or COO and director at Centaur Pharmaceuticals,a neurodegenerative disease pharmaceutical discovery and development company, Vesta Medical, a therapeutic medical device company, Adeza Biomedical, a diagnostic device company, and Genelabs Technologies, a biotechnology company. Prior to entering the startup company arena, Mr. Frenzel was the Director of Corporate Planning at Syntex Corporation, a Principal at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program. Mr. Frenzel holds a BS in physics and an MBA from Stanford University.
