Biography
He is an expert on educational finance and student financial assistance and has written many books, reports and papers in this issue. One of his recent work is “Challenge for Equality of Educational Opportunity” written in Japanese in 2012, and the brief summary of this book is “Access and Cost and Success in Japanese Higher Education,” IAU Horizons, Vol. 17, No. 2, p.17, and “Access and Cost-Sharing in Japanese Higher Education.”
