BIOGRAPHY Dr. Fetner is Certified with the American Board of Urology since 1980. His work history includes 1979 – Present: Dallas Urology Associates. Dr. Fetner has hospital Privileges with Texas Institute for Surgery, Medical City Dallas, St. Paul University Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital, Children’s Medical Center, HealthSouth/Dallas Rehabilitation, and Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Fetner’s interests include the following: prostate cancer, stone disease, and female urinary incontinence. He holds numerous honors, such as AOA National Medical Honor Society membership.
