Prof/Dr. Yu NAKAI is currently working as Professor, Graduate School of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Japan. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Professor. His research has included Civic Design, Landscape Design, Civil Engineering History.
