Biography
I have been involved with industry–academia links since 2000. I feel very fulfilled having a job that allows me to help make new technologies practical. Industries and universities in Japan have long had liaison systems. Changes in current industry–academia links will work to restructure these liaison systems into better ones, I believe. That will take time, and will not be without some pain. There is much that I should do, that I wish to do. I hope to start off by doing what I can, one step at a time.
