Biography
Dr. Hisaaki Endo, is a Professor of Mathematics at Tokyo Institute of Technology. His research themes are Signature of Lefschetz fibrations and surface bundles(1999-2000), 2-dimensional bounded cohomology of mapping class groups and The local signature of hyperelliptic fibrations. In 1988, he Graduated from University of Tokyo, in 1990 he received Degree of Master (University of Tokyo), in 1993 he received his Degree of Doctor (University of Tokyo). He had worked as Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Tokyo Metropolitan University (1990-1998), as Member of the Institute for Advanced Study (1993-1995), as Associate Professor of Mathematics at Hokkaido University (1998-2001),and as Associate Professor of Mathematics at Kyushu University (2001-2016).
