I managed development of rapid diagnostic systems using real-time PCR and ELISA for microbes on bovine and porcine diarrhea and respiratory diseases and development of comprehensive detection assay with high throughput sequencer and identified novel pathogens from livestock animals. I have collaborated with universities and national institutes on Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan.
