David Loeser

Biography

 David Loeser is a senior vice president and has served as senior vice president, Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2013. As head of Worldwide Human Resources, David works with Unisys management to continue building the capabilities of Unisys people and enhancing organizational effectiveness by implementing leading-edge initiatives in the areas of recruitment, retention, training and evaluation. Prior to joining Unisys, David served as executive vice president of Human Resources for Mitel with global responsibility for all human resource activities including human resource strategy, leadership development, and succession planning. Previously David held strategic management and human resource executive positions with multinational brands including Hostess Foods, Celanese, Quaker State, PepsiCo, Continental Airlines, Chevron and CompuCom. David currently serves on the boards of HRsmart and Atterro Human Capital Group as well serving as Chair of the University of South Carolina Advisory Board. And in 2011, David was named Alumni of the Year at the University of South Carolina. David holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in management from the University of South Carolina School of Business Administration. He received an MBA with management/industrial relations majors from the University of Toledo.
