Biography
Identification of age-dependently expressed genes and subsequent investigation of their structures, functions and mechanism of gene expression is one of the most direct approaches in aging research. Furthermore, evaluation of biological or physiological age using age-dependently expressed biomolecules as aging markers has the potential to provide valuable data for diagnosis, prognosis and/or health promotion in old age.
