Biography
Emi Shuto has done her Doctor in Nutrition from Tokushima University in 2009. Currently she is working as Associate Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. Her research interests are Health Studies. Several papers of her work were pubished in reputed international journals. She is also the member of Japan Society of Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition, The Japanese Society of Food & Nutrition, The Japanese Society of Nutrition and Dietetics.
