Biography
"Ichiro Kaneko has done his PhD in Nutritional Science from Graduate School of Nutrition and Biosciences in 2010. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Medicine at Tokushima University. His research interests are Health Studies. Several papers of his work were pubished in reputed international journals. He is also the member of The Japanese S ociety of Food & Nutrition, The Japanese Society of Nutrition and Dietetics, Japan Vitamin Society, Japan Diabetes Association of Nutrition."
