Kaori Kanemaru has done his Doctor of Philosophy. Currently, he is working as Professor in Department of Clinical Psychology at Tokushima University. His research interests are Food Processing and Preservation Science, Functional Food Science, Cookery Science. Several Papers of his work were published in reputed international journals. He is also the member of Several governing bodies of his specialized area.
